We are not responsible for lost or damaged possessions that was brought or purchased on our tours.

We can offer a full refund up to the day we pay our vendors for your trip. Once paid the vendors will only offer a parcel refund or no refund or only credit towards another time for a future tour. Please note if you received a free guide book and cancel the tour you will be refunded all except the cost of the book plus shipping.

You may accrue additional fees and charges on the trip like extended stays due to canceled flights or a desire to stay longer.

We do not book flights for you. We can recommend flights and let you know your options. We will take care of the flights that require us to move around inside your tour (domestic flights).

We Highly recommend travel insurance. please make sure it covers medical. We are not responsible or liable for medical problems or injuries accrued on the trip.

We may need to rearrange or cancel or replace attractions in the itinerary due to bad weather or civil unrest. Your safety is important to us. We will use a substitute attraction (a plan B) to compensate. We may need to cancel an attraction with out replacement due to some unseen event. We will try to reschedule it in if we can. This will not effect the cost of your trip in refunds or extra charges when this happens.

We are not responsible for damaged possessions used with improper electrical converters. American electrical outlets are 120v vs European outlets measuring at 230v. We will even let you borrow one of our converters at your discretion.

Please bring all necessary medications for traveling. We will provide a first aid kit that will be equipped with minor essential medical items. (travel sick medication, Montizuma’s revenge medication, Aspirin, Benadryl.) We can arrange to make a stop at a local pharmacy when convenient.

We are not responsible for anything lost or broken that is shipped through the mail. example, pottery shipped home from the store. Olive wood sculptures that crack or break in shipping across seas. We recommend you bring an extra carry on or suitcase (or buy one on the trip.) Bring bubble wrap from home. This works I brought home a dozen China plates from Hebron with no breaks.

Please realize we will do everything in our power to make this the best tour on Earth. One to remember forever. Nothing can go perfect. Something most often will go wrong or unexpected. People in these foreign lands have a different way of life and sometimes we need to be the one to see the unforeseen problem through there eyes. Please try to check and reassess yourself before you react to a problem that can often times be fixed (or Not). The Trip will be more enjoyable if you live a little carefree.
