Is it possible to receive a refund?
We will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs. A refund will depend on the trip and time of cancelation. Early reservations help us find best hotels and resorts possible before other tour groups grab them.
Refunds are on a case by case basis. We understand emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate. Early cancellations will help us to maximize your return. If a person can be found to take over your reservation, we can guarantee your full refund minus a small fee.
Are the trips always the same?
As we get to know our customers and where they have traveled with us, We will make minor adjustments to share new experiences while keeping the locations that everyone wants to see.
We love to make our trips memorable! Our trip itineraries are constantly evolving giving us opportunities to share new unique experiences and adventures. Our long-time alumni report no two trips are exactly alike. Each trip offers new memories and unique friends to travel with.
Can I expect changes to the Itinerary?
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Some events around the globe are unpredictable. Changes to the itinerary can be expected, but know that these changes will make your tour a more enjoyable experience. If for any reason we decide to cancel a location we will substitute with an equally awesome site as a replacement. We rely on advisements from the US State department to determine location safety.
Can I stay longer than planned?
We can arrange with our vendors to extend your stay and even help with transportation. Just expect extra charges to accommodate the changes. These arrangements need to be made in prior to, NOT during the trip itself. You will still need to accommodate any adjustments needed to your flights. We are happy to make recommendations for accommodations where we can.
What are the Tour Sizes?
We have found that thirty people ( or fifteen couples) tends to be the magic number. Most touring companies have larger groups requiring multiple busses per tour in order to receive maximum discounts for increased profits. We want to make sure you have the best experience possible making friends with a smaller groups that all share the desire to travel and have fun
Do I need Travel Insurance?
It is always recommended that you invest in a little peace of mind. Travel insurance is required. The policy will cover the emergencies that may arise during your trip. For example a unplanned hospital visit. Or dare I say Covid says hi and you get to stay home. You wont loose your money due to unforeseen circumstances.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Unfortunately this has happened before. We recommend that you keep your tour guide's phone number on your phone or person. Make sure you call from the airport in the states. This will give us time to make the accommodation while you are in the air, also You won't always have phone reception in the air or in the foreign country. Once you find out what the changes are you can leave a message or text to the guide. We will arrange for transportation to catch you up to us. Let us know what the new arrival time and any changes to the flight number.
